We support our clients at every step of the product development process. From preliminary concept sketches, to fully functional prototypes. CAD models, human factors mockups, computer rendering, and 3D prints all contribute to our design process.
Recumbent Bike
We designed and prototyped the frame, seat, and drive train. We also provided patent drawings, patent disclosure documents, and a trade show exhibit.
Blast Gauge
This device measures the severity of an explosive blast experienced by police or military personnel in some of the most hostile environments imaginable.

We did design, ergonomics, patent documents, production, and graphics for the home weatherization training tool used to teach Zonal Pressure Diagnostics.
Wright Brothers Exhibit
To communicate the genius of the Wright Brothers' propellor design, we designed and fabricated this case and graphics for the Virginia Air & Space Center.
